Josh Johnson
Director
More than 15 years of experience across the mining, electrical utility and civil infrastructure sectors, including seven years as a Mining Electrician and eight years with Ergon Energy in both technical and leadership roles.
Extensive experience coordinating and delivering major utility and infrastructure projects throughout North Queensland, with a strong background in electrical networks, overhead powerline construction, project management and operational leadership. Recognised for a practical, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to safety, quality and efficient project delivery. Well regarded throughout the industry for building strong client relationships and delivering reliable outcomes across complex infrastructure environments.
Adam Johnson
Director
Extensive experience across plumbing, underground mining, civil construction and infrastructure delivery, supported by a strong background in field operations, workforce leadership and project supervision.
Experienced in managing civil and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, with a focus on safety, productivity and quality workmanship. Known for a hands-on approach, strong work ethic and ability to deliver practical solutions in challenging environments.
Respected by clients, contractors and project teams for maintaining high standards and consistently delivering successful project outcomes.
Nathan Willetts
Director
Nathan brings a diverse background across mining, agriculture, and construction, providing a practical, hands-on approach to every project. After spending five years in the mining industry and two years working on a cattle station, he transitioned into the construction sector and has since built extensive experience in concreting throughout Townsville and North Queensland.
With more than four years of experience delivering residential, commercial, and rural concreting projects, Nathan is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship. His broad industry experience allows him to understand the unique requirements of each project and consistently deliver reliable, high-quality results for clients.
Katya Sobotnik
Operations Manager
Katya brings extensive experience in operations, events, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development across corporate, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors. With a strong background in community fundraising, sponsorship management, and event coordination, she has successfully delivered high-profile projects while building lasting relationships with businesses, community organisations, and key stakeholders throughout North Queensland.
Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, Katya has earned leadership opportunities through her reliability, initiative, and commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes. She holds a Diploma of Event Management and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Marketing & Communications, combining practical industry experience with contemporary marketing and engagement strategies.
